Just A Little Bit Of Monday Fitness Motivation To Kickstart Your Week


Privet Matryoshka’s!! Lately I’ve been spending most of my time in the gym, and that’s why there are days when I’ll throw post after post at you, and then complete silence might take over my blog. At the moment I’m trying to make a new (technically old) habit/ lifestyle happen..and until I make that balance between life, blogging and the gym happen I hope you bear with me for a while 🙂 Hehe, so in light of my fitness/gym addiction to become a stronger version of myself, I thought it would be fun to throw in posts once in a while with fitness motivation for any of you who are thinking of creating a more active lifestyle for yourself, for the person who is looking to become a stronger and healthier version of them self.

As far as my gym routine goes at the moment I’m weight lifting 3times a week,- I’m now into my 4th week of hitting the weights, and of course I also do cardio, and at home workouts after my gym sessions…and I have rest days too so my workouts do not become detrimental. So how am I going to incorporate motivation and inspiration for you to enjoy??..I’m thinking that I’ll post photo’s of Russian faces you’re familiar with in the gym/ being active. I think i’m also going to definitely be posting up some cool gym outfit ideas too- because sometimes looking good makes you feel good- so I’ll post photo’s of these familiar faces outfits- since this is a fashion related blog after-all. I also believe that your body is what makes fashion what it is.

Your body puts life into the outfit you wear, I’m not here to tell you that you need to become a twig to look good in your clothing- because I don’t believe that at all. I think the best thing you can do for yourself is to first love your body and  second find out what potential your body has by being active, and eating. There are no shortcuts, and any improvement you’re going for will take time. I don’t want you to beat yourself up for having chocolate or eating an entire bag of potato chips on a day when you have a massive craving and thinking you then need to hit a treadmill for hours on end- Don’t do that. just try again tomorrow to curb your craving, and make a healthier choice for your meal the following day, and resume your workout like normal.

Sweat is an accessory you can only earn, you can’t buy it (well who would want to buy sweat anyway? lol). Appreciate it after every workout.
