It’s true Russian women have an outré affair with fashion, but relax this is not an overly dramatic street style look. I’m enjoying the simplicity of an all black outfit, it has its moment of chic-ness. Sometimes all black outfits are guilty of looking dull,- But textures and sheen can work together to give the entire look something extra. The Muscovite chic look demonstrates the use of “adding something extra” with moto leggings (that have a wet shiny look), to the black wool coat. Besides you can wear a different colour sweater or shirt underneath if you still find the look to be lacking the colour you crave.
